Yes — we manage the entire planning and building control process on your behalf. From initial drawings and application submissions through to final sign-off, we liaise directly with your local authority so you don't have to chase anyone.
Before any work begins, we produce a photo-realistic 3D model of your finished project. You can walk through it virtually, test finishes and lighting, and make confident decisions about layout, materials and cost — all before a brick is laid. It's included as standard with our project management service.
It depends on scope. A bathroom refit is typically 2–4 weeks. A loft conversion runs 8–12 weeks. A full-house renovation with extension is usually 16–24 weeks. We give you a detailed, realistic programme at quotation stage and update it weekly during the build.
Yes. Once the design is signed off, we issue a fully itemised fixed-price quote. Any variations during the build are priced and approved in writing before the work happens — no surprise invoices at the end.
Absolutely. A significant part of our work is property servicing, refurbishment between tenancies, and ongoing maintenance for portfolio landlords and letting agents across London. We work to tight turnaround times and understand the commercial pressures of keeping properties let.
Yes. All of our work comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee as standard. Structural works carry longer-term insurance-backed guarantees where applicable. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed straight through to you.
